Had just spent 10 hour on the road and the family wanted some fried chicken. As soon as we walked in a lady in the back yelled... to the cashier, "Anything they order is a 20 minute wait!" Restaurant was dirty and the staff was unwelcoming. I walked aquarter mile to Dominos while my kids ordered chicken. Dominos was super inviting and friendly and had a pizza and sandwichready in less then 20 minutes. Walked back to Churches where my family was still waiting. Other customers ordered their foodafter us and got served ate and left before we received half of what we ordered and a box of biscuits we didn't order. We waited36 minutes for the wrong order. Got back to our hotel and called. Kid who answered the phone asked if I wanted to come back. Wasnot interested and told them I was going to call corporate. His manager in the background was coaching him on what to say. Shetold him to tell me. "Go ahead and call corporate if you want to, you can look em up on Google." I love Church's but this is probably the worst one I've been to. The staff didn't seem to care and was a little rude to another... customer, making them wait instead of making them happy. This is not a knock on the chicken only the staff. I say good luckwith that crew. Read more

You can tell they are understaffed, but the way these folks move and get your food to you is beyond commendable!
My kids love this restaurant! The drive thru could use some work as far as the potholes. And the speaker is often broken. The... food is always fresh tho. I just wish they wouldn't forget the honey for the biscuits. It's a must. They forget every time. Smh Read more
