The delivery driver dropped our order at the door without knocking, it?s a small apartment so we would?ve heard if an attempt... had been made to knock. The 20 oz soda leaked in the bag and was completely flat. I tipped $5, not a fortune but enough toexpect at least a decent hand off. Not sure how long the pizza had been sitting at my front door but was lukewarm. I called themanager expecting a customer service credit of some kind due to the poor delivery service and poor food quality, he only offeredto send the delivery driver back with a new soda. This is actually my second time getting poor customer service at this locationand I won?t spend my dollars here again. Better food and service down the street at Newks. Read more
Hours on Friday are until 1am. Employees seem to think that means close 30 minutes early and cancel orders cause they don't want... to do their job and potentially have to stay past 1am to finish doing their jobs they were hired to do. Order played at around12:30am. Shortly after cancelled by staff because they stopped doing delivery orders. Carryout stops at midnight. How do youexpect to make money then? Making money doing nothing and just standing around? Or just getting ready to clock out right atclosing time? Laziness and imcompetence is all this is. Read more
Got 2 pizzas, bread bites, and desert. All was very good (and ready when I arrived). Store was very clean and the staff was... responsive and courteous. I recommend this store if you like Domino's. Read more
Our pizzas were burnt and hard. We live in abilene, and my husband is here for work so I had a good drive to get this domino's... just to get it home and it qas awful. Will not order here again. Read more
Domino's pizza is a good middle ground for pizza. The location is in a strip mall with plenty parking spaces. They will deliver... to your car window and are very quick. Domino's always has flavourful crust and good coupons. Read more
The two times I have ordered from here the Pizza's were completely burnt on the bottom and around the edges. This Domino's used... to be good but not anymore. Read more
I usually don?t do reviews on fast food places but I?m posting this purely for a woman who helped me there today. I am injured... and only had one hand to work with and she didn?t hesitate to be so very kind and help me with my things to the car. I asked the manager to honor the carry out deal they are currently advertising. He said they can't because the deal changed, but... they haven't yet updated the ad. When I insisted that he, as the manager, honor the deal they are CURRENTLY advertising he justhung up on me. The customer service at this place has often been terrible. Now I know why. Disgraceful management. Order fromanother store or perhaps another pizza company. Read more
