San Angelo's worst food establishment... we've gone multiple times HOPING /WANTING the service to improve.... most recently we... sat for an hour and didn't even get the chance to order... this was not a busy time as it was 3 pm when we got there.. tableswere empty and all the girls were in the bathroom taking selfied and hanging out. Manager came out and made excuses for us notbeing waited on but during this time a group of 3 young guys walked in, sat down and ordered within 10 minutes. Absolutely the worst Hooters I've ever ate at. Service was subpar to say the very least. My waitress Shelby had zero personality... and lacked the attentiveness to do her job to satisfactory standards. I sat down to a clearly unwiped table and asked if shecould wipe it down. She comes back, sprays the table down, wipes a third of it and walks off. Leaving most of the table for meto wipe down myself. She'd rather sit at a table with other staff members and talk then come take my order or even pick up mycheck to close me out so I could leave. I will not return. Read more
Service was good buffalo burger really good as well. I like it nice bar and lots of tv for entertain ment. There nothing really... bad about this place but it just not my cup of tea but overall really good food Read more
Waitress Shelby was very unfriendly, would not refill our drinks or even check on us. Asked for appetizer plates. Brought them... when meal came out. Food was cold and not correct. When we let her know she has a very unconcerned reaction and never made itright. UPDATE: Manager Bob called me and was very apologetic as well as refunded our purchase. Yikes!!! Dead. The clientele and staff were all depressed. The owners need to be more aware and they need to pre order boneless... wings more and hire a staff that is pumped up!! These girls shouldn?t be shaking their bootys for this trash clientele. Allaround trash. Twin peaks would be the better choice ???????? Hooter girl for life BUT never would work or come here again. Service was great! ???????? Fried pickles were great, I requested light batter. Fish tacos were delicious. Beer was nice and... cold. Of course, the EYE CANDY is on point. Read more
I?ve been to many Hooters and I think this one has been the cleanest one I?ve been too. The food was good and the drinks were... ice cold. Our waitress was good but she was training a new girl and the girl looked miserable like she was being held againsther will. She couldn?t even give a slight grin and her posture was sad. The managers as standing sassy like she was trying tocatch someone doing something wrong. Other than that I enjoyed it and would go back again. Read more
The food is so-so. Started with pretzel sticks and cheese. The cheese was room temp and very clearly scooped out of the can, the... pretzel sticks were good. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with curly fries, it was so-so. The menu descriptions do NOTmatch the food served. The service was sub-par and slow.
