We enjoyed our visit to this location. It was not busy when we arrived and we were seated promptly. Our waiter, Sonny, was... attentive and efficient. Over all quality of the food was satisfactory. We will def come back the next time we visit SanAngelo. Read more

Excellent service!! I ordered the 2x2x2 and when I got the food the eggs were scrambled, I told the waitress they were supposed... to be over medium. She was very apologetic and quickly got me some over medium eggs. When she brought me the new eggs thewaitress apologized again. Read more
Now I see why their rating is so low. I went to get curbside pickup today. I waited in my car for good 15 minutes before calling... to make sure I was in the right space bc maybe they didn't see me. The woman that picked up the phone said the person that doescurbside was not there and I should go in and pick up my order. This is the reason I did curbside so I wouldn't have to do that.Not happy, I bring my food and my pancakes smell and look burned. What kind of Ihop is this? This is the first and last time Ieat here.
