Excellent service!! I ordered the 2x2x2 and when I got the food the eggs were scrambled, I told the waitress they were supposed... to be over medium. She was very apologetic and quickly got me some over medium eggs. When she brought me the new eggs thewaitress apologized again. Read more
Now I see why their rating is so low. I went to get curbside pickup today. I waited in my car for good 15 minutes before calling... to make sure I was in the right space bc maybe they didn't see me. The woman that picked up the phone said the person that doescurbside was not there and I should go in and pick up my order. This is the reason I did curbside so I wouldn't have to do that.Not happy, I bring my food and my pancakes smell and look burned. What kind of Ihop is this? This is the first and last time Ieat here. The food was good and service was great. The restaurant itself is pretty run down and there is dust everywhere. Especially on... lamps above the tables. It also doesn?t smell the best in there. Food was a little bit pricey for simples dishes. Overall, Iwould eat here again but would like to see some improvements. Read more
