absolutely the worst little caesar?s in san angelo. if you?re in a hurry, it?s better to drive all the way across town to... another one because it will still be quicker. every time you pull up to the drive through you wait at the very least 5 minutesfor someone to ask what you want. once you finally order the employees almost always have awful attitudes & don?t evenacknowledge you. i?ve never been when there is more than one customer in line & it still takes a minimum of 20 minutes to getany type of food from this location & you?re lucky if it?s cooked properly. 0/5 would not recommend. Making pizza isn't rocket science but it might as well be as bad as this location is at it. Half the time I've been here they've... screwed up my order. When ordering online they've also said my pizza is ready via email but I get there to pick it up and ithasn't even been started. You're better off going to any one of the other locations in town. The pizzas need to cook a little more to be fully cooked.
I have been to this location on several occasions and I have fast service. The pizza and crazy bread was delicious.
On 3 occasions I waited more than 30 minutes for pizza. Last Friday I called ahead and was told 10-15 minutes for one pizza. I... arrived, and ended up getting my pizza 45 minutes later. When I arrived home I noticed it was the wrong pizza. I called in andwas assured I could come in and they would make the pizza again for no charge. I came in 3 days later to find my name was notwritten down "in the book". The manager was a bit irritated by the whole thing (understandable as a manager) and they said theywould make me one. I'm sitting inside the store and now waiting 30 minutes so far....again. totally screwing up my evening,twice in a week. They finally ask me if I got my pizza yet. They have only been open for like two months at this point and already have terrible attitudes, getting someone to answer at the... menu box is 50/50 honestly. the managers can be heard yelling at employees. A employee stated they stop selling thin crust at8:00 p.m. just so everyone's aware. Read more

We've eaten here twice due to convenience. The first time, we ordered thin crust and were given stuffed crust. Today, we ordered... a thin crust, and we were given parchment paper as a topping. The flavor is the same as any other Little Caesars, but the lackof common sense is astounding. Read more
