This review is for Birdie the lady working the front counter today. On our visit the store was slammed and she was the only... person working the front. Their were only 2 people in the back. Their quality has steadily gone downhill over the last year. Anytime I order a salad w/ extra chicken, toppings etc to-go, I... only get a half portion of the salad and non of the extras I asked AND paid for. Stopped on our way through town. First, we were not greeted by the girl at the counter, she just looked at us when it was our... turn. Next, our order took a really long time. Michael was super kind and asked another staff person to check on our order. Wetook it to-go and headed out of town. After opening our food, we found that the salad ordered with no cheese, had cheese on itand rotten lettuce in the bottom. The kid?s side of broccoli was brown and slimy, and the treats that come with the kid?s mealwere not included. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager, but they were not available. We love McAllister's because they have TONS of healthy food options and it's all delicious. Our kids enjoy it as well! My... favorite is their broccoli cheddar bread bowl, my husband loves their sandwiches and my kiddos like their mac and cheese (andtheir cookies haha). This place is absolutely my favorite! By far the best McAlisters to stop by at in town the tea/lemonade is always made to... perfection! The green goddess salad and the smokey pepper jack turkey sandwich I would definitely recommend to try! Read more
