They can never get an order right. They failed to put the very first item in my bag. This happened EVERY single time!
I live lovelovelove love love love their food. But kids could t even play so you know they were not happy. And with the traffic... being crazy I saw the traffic man leading them safely which was kind of amusing .....since the other McDonald's are closed Iguess it was necessary. Them fries are still popping though. Coffee black was awesome. Kids were upset ....the couldn't play.Maybe next time kids. Read more
Stopped off at the location during thier most busiest time ( morning) my only real complaint is how small the parking lot is.... ran in grabbed some coffee for my coworker. It was a quick trip. No issues or complaints with the order or the employees theywere very busy but quickly took my order and got it ready. Read more
There was one staff member out of the 20 there that was helpful. It was dirty and the soda machine was out of ice. This is one... of the newest McDonald's we have. And it's just gone down the drain because of how poorly the employees are taking care of theplace. Also there were employees just arguing about stuff with management. Management didn't even seem to care. Customer servicesucks here. Read more
The last 2 times I have gone I received this. I ordered a large not a small. I share with my daughter so I find it easiest... ordering a large. This is ridiculous both times my fries looked like they were already eaten from. Read more

??????????Went through the drive thru last night to order for the family. Got home and the order had extra items that were... charged that I had not ordered. The order for my burger was completely wrong and I was charged extra for sauce I never received.Then to top it off my burger was completely raw for which I did not find out until I had consumed several bites and my daughterhad alerted me that her burger was raw after taking a bite, then spiting it out... I understand 100% mistakes happen. like every time I come, my order is always wrong! last night they managed to fix my burger... wrong as usual but they also forgot to finish cooking the meat all the way. not just once but 3 times they screwed up with rawmeat. not to mention the rude customer service provided from a manager when it was brought to his attention, chill dude I'm oneof the few people here that don't expect a freebie or refund. I just want my food made right preferably the first time and forsure cooked right the 1st time! Read more
