Placed a mobile order May 4th with my total being $16.61 & somehow they screwed up at the window & my card was charged $31.... Neither of the mgrs working helped to figure out what happened. I called customer svc to report this & have yet to hear backfrom anyone concerning this matter, nor has my money been returned to my bank account for the over charge. I've eaten here plus have had it delivered by GrubHub usually went there with grandkid.wed usually get curbside delivery but... overall it's not to bad only maybe during school we went one time it was packed with rude school kids packed like sardinescouldn't wait to get out but that as far as I know was bad experience . I visited with my kid during the dinner rush. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, normally not a big deal for me. However... the lobby was fairly dirty and the play place tables with filthy, the floor sticky, and there was an electricity buzz that wasunbearable. If the premises we're clean, I'd give it 4 stars. I generally don't make it a point to write negative reviews, but this one was just sad. Ordered breakfast during breakfast time,... ended up waiting a solid two hours for our meal, and then they decided to inform us that they would not be able to complete theorder due to it being lunch time at this point. They were having some technical issues with their ordering system, but nobodythought to let the customers know until it was too late. Well, at least they gave us a partial refund... Read more
A staple in southwestern San Angelo, this McDonald?s is a constant sure thing for children needing an outing to burn energy. ... The indoor play structure is over 25 years old but is kept in good repair. Every time we eat there, at one point an attendantis cleaning the floor or tables in the play area. The restaurant is busy but manages to stay clean. The quietest times to takechildren to the play area are 10 AM, 2-4 PM and after 8 PM. Read more
The doordash has really made it unpleasant to eat here.The wait for your order is too long .All they care about is the door dash... orders .The people that go to eat and dine in are left to wait and wait .....I dont enjoy my experience at McDonalds any more . Read more
