Great pizza and staff made sure all was there in our large order.
I have always loved papa John's. I just find it kind of wrong that they stop taking walk in orders at a certain time. I kmow... covid was/still is bad but now is more controlled. Why would I pay some one and tip them to drive the pizza to me when I can usethat money for gas. Also don't even live that far, so why even pay to deliver. I know it's late in the night but ive seen peoplecomplain about how long the delivery takes well its because everyone that wants to eat there is waiting on the few drivers todeliver for everyone rather than just letting people physically pick it up. Also would increase sales, decrease angry customers.I understand alot goes on that the public doesn't see or hear but this doesn't make sense. Read more
Never once had any issues with this place, bought a million pizzas from them. Seems like a well managed business to me.

Pizza came two and a half hours after I ordered it I called the store, after the projected wait was 75 minutes, to cancel was on... hold for 30 minutes then called corporate and they told me there was nothing they can do they cannot cancel it so then I calledthe store again and was on hold there again for an hour this time. Driver came eventually but the pizza was cold and hadobviously been sitting under their heat lamp for a good hour before I got it. I didn?t even want it anymore, I ordered fromPizza Hut and got a pizza in 30 minutes. Not sure what was going on. Read more
Excellent pizza! Was told it was low grease and wow it really is. Something I can eat!! Called in, placed order, paid for order,... then went and picked up the order, my choice. Took it home and it was still hot! Delicious pizza, mouth watering good! Read more
So sad. My husband got diagnosed with oral ancer and all he wanted b4 he stopped eating was a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. ... They messed up the order and sent a really bad cold plain cheese. ???? usually don't even order from them but it was what he wascraving. Beyond disappointing. Read more
