Its the little things. Thursday evening 9/22/22 ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks for my grandkids. Delivery driver on time,... nice guy, tipped 20 bucks, making my total over 70 bucks, which is crazy enough. Breadsticks totally burned! No sauce forbreadsticks!! Pizza ok, but not what I am used to at Pizza Hut on Knickabocker. Guess wont be doing them again!!!!!!!! Reallydisappointed. Thought they were better than that. Read more
First just want to say the food was great. I will not take that away from them. However, for Pizza Hut, I expected better. The... food was delivered (contactless) and placed on the patio table which is perfect but the box was slightly open most likely due todamaged corners and unable to close properly. Also, does pasta dishes not come with a top? As the picture shows, pasta spilledover in the box. Not the biggest issue in the world but still an issue. I'm a really big Pizza Hut fan anyway, but this location and the best pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut. I got the inside... scoop when I visited the second time and was told they just had gotten a new oven. The people there were super friendly. Justsuper impressed with this Pizza Hut location! The quality of this place used to be decent, but it has gone down hill. Nine times out of ten (at least) this is what they give... you when you order cheese sticks. While the delivery drivers are almost always on time and are generally nice, the quality ofthe poor is appalling. Pizza Hut has lost my business. Read more
