Food came out smelling and tasting like someone was vaping around it while it was being cooked. I looked through the doors and... seen what looked like a manager to be vaping and her name tag said Kenzie. Hopefully someone sees this and puts a stop to vapinginside while food is being cooked. We were thirsty. I ordered a medium peach mango slush. It was sugar free and very refreshing.
My wife and I Stopped by for a shake. She had the strawberry cheesecake and I had chocolate. They were delicious and we ordered... the medium and they were the size of a large at other places. Service was excellent. Thanks for a great experience. Read more
I asked for easy ice and it was packed full. I did not get any ketchup. I guess you have to ask for some now? I guess I will go... back to no Sonic. Food was tasty though. Read more
our order was wrong, our carhop was kind enough to attempt to make it right however, was unable to due to person in charge... inside - although the one who took my order did so incorrectly, they wouldn't make my correct order without upcharging...Iordered a #5 grilled, with mustard no mayo, extra pickles, with cheddar bites rather than fries/tots & lg. sweet peach tea,light ice (my #5 had no pickles, mayor no mustard, tots & a medium drink); my husband ordered a #2 extra cheese, no tomatoes,mayo no mustard, tots, lg. ocean water (his #2 had tomatoes, mustard no mayo, no extra cheese & medium ocean water) - this wasdisappointing, we will continue to visit Sonic at our regular location on Sherwood Way from now on. The customer service was very poor, the carhops were rude and and ignored us when we called to ask for a new order. We had to... press the button 3 times to order seperate tickets. Had my burger remade because it was wrong, when I called the worker seemedvery annoyed and the replacement burger was still wrong after they asked exactly what I wanted on it. Read more
Food tasted wonderful! But my order was repeated back to me 3 times, & All three times they still didn?t listen to me. I... corrected them and they gave me my total. Still ended up with the wrong drink and the carhop was in too much of a hurry for meto ask for my correct drink :/ other than this everything was great. Read more
Okay Well my man gets out pretty late for work and on this day i was gonna surprise him with his favorite meal from sonic .(He... loves the onion rings and a sonic sized cherry limeade slush) so anyway this was so bad on thyre part because all of the onionrings were burned and tasted stale so we thought at least our drinks were good my sons chicken looked over cooked n the breadwas burnt too all of our food that night was a disaster and if as long as we waited you'd think our foods gonna be nicely cookedand ready for us to eat because i tend to spend a lot because i buy for my whole family of 8 so it was terrible...I really don'tlike to complain but this night was all wrong...Other than that we love sonic Read more
