The food is good but expensive. The drinks don't seem to have the flavor of years ago. The staff is friendly and that's... impressive considering how busy they always are. That's actually the main issue with this place, though. They are so busy thatit reduces the comfort of the atmosphere, creates long wait times, and results in sandwiches getting made too early for mobileorders so they're not fresh when picked up and, worse yet, espresso shots being pulled well before the milk is poured in to thedrink. This results in a bitter flavor and probably contributes to the loss of flavor I mentioned earlier in the review.Overall, this place is not bad, but if they had a larger place and either more employees or fewer customers it would be evenbetter. i?ve ordered the same drink multiple times and today i asked for half caffeine. two shots decaf in my iced quad espresso with 4... pumps white mocha. sometimes i add pumpkin and i always tip you guys great. like $5 for one drink every time. today the baristawas like ?ooookaaay?? when i started my order in a very rude tone. i said nevermind and left. this one is right by house buti?ll go to a different if this is how yal wanna speak to a customer who?s just trying to order a drink. Ordered a trenta, they ran out of cup and couldn?t inform me to let mr know. Waited about 5 minutes for them to switch my order.... Still messed it up gave me regular ice instead of light ice. Wish they didn?t always have a script at the speaker ?my name is ___ and what is your... name?? when I go through the drive thru tho lol? it?s probably a company policy now, but we can never tell if we?re beingpatronized or not LOL. My favorite starbucks, but I went in there to order and use the restroom. It was completely out of toilet paper I brought it to... the attention of a employee, she didn't seem like she was on the time clock as she was leaning on the counter. She said "okay"turned around and left it at that. Please have someone check the restrooms throughout the day!! Read more
