If I could add no stars I would. I came in on 7/24 at 5:45 and not only were the employees extremely slow but I got nothing but... attitude while my sandwich was being made. It was thrown together to say the least, no folded meat, just slapped on there. Then,instead of ringing my order up correctly they tried to offer me 2$ to ?make it even?. When I said no, that I wouldn?t be taking2$ that I wanted my order rang up correctly, I was scoffed at by the older woman who worked there. By far the best customer service I?ve had at a Subway. There was only one employee and she was very professional and friendly.
I can look past a lot but whenever you tell somebody that you need black pepper only and they put salt and pepper and then they... get an attitude because you told them you were sorry they would have to remake that sandwich because your father cannot haveextra salt it was just handled very unprofessionally luckily the other lady there took over and helped us because she had losther cool. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki 6" with american cheese, tomatoes, pickles, extra sweet onion sauce, and mayo. I am sad... to say that it is the saddest excuse of a sandwich I have ever seen. It is so empty the bread completely closes. I got 3 smalltomato slices, the biggest one being about the size a dollar coin, 5 pickles the same size, no mayo and no sweet onion sauce. Iam highly disappointed. It would be one thing if it was 1 sub, but my order of 3 6" subs all came out the same and I'm sorry Iwasted $20 on something that wont solve my hunger. Read more
The staff was very friendly but lazy. The store was so dirty i didn't see one table that didn't have crumbs, ring from cups, and... spilt dried up drinks. My husbands and daughters food was prepared terrible and messy (like unnecessarily messy) they alsostuffed all of our variety of cookies (more than a dozen) into a small cookie bag and plastic container. Customer Service at this location is Top Notch! These are the kindest, nicest, most helpful employees. Had an occasion to ask if... they had any recommendations for a diabetic and they did and were eager to help. Every time I go in there, they're sweet as canbe which is why I go there. I'm one to drive out of my way for good customer service. Yes! Would def recommend. Read more
