I've only been to this specific taco bell once, but it was pretty disappointing because they messed up our order. Normally this... is easy enough to fix. I just call them and they add my name to a list and I come back for my missing item at a time that isconvenient for me. Not this time: I had to come back in the next 3 days. And some lady in the background is screaming that shemade it over and over. I'm not saying you didn't make it, I just didn't get it. Maybe it got put in the wrong bag? Anyway, wewere having a little party at home and then leaving town for the weekend, so this 3 day thing wasn't going to work for us. So wecould lose out on our item or come back and get it right then. We had picked up a pizza for the kids when we discovered theissue, so we weren't thrilled to have to turn around, but went ahead and did. So we get back there and I head inside to collectour item. A lady greets me at the counter and asks what I would like. I explained I was there for my missing item that we hadcalled about. She says ok and heads to the back. I stand around for a good ten minutes watching them make a bunch of food fortheir drive thru. Finally another worker approaches me and asks if I'd been helped. I explained the lady had helped me and I wasjust trying to get my one item that I was missing and my pizza is getting cold in the car. The workers argued a little bit inthe background about a messed up order. I'm not sure if it was mine or not but was not necessary to solve my problem... anywaythe guy gives me my food finally and a drink cup for the trouble. I will say the food was pretty good and that guy that finallygave me my food had good customer service skills but that man alone couldn't really make up for the otherwise unsatisfyingcustomer experience I reviewed from the rest of the team. One of the BEST fast Mexican food chain restaurants.. they have MEXICAN PIZZA everywhere back on the menus now and oh boy! Is it... better than before? Yes yes yes!!! Managers in the morning we're buzzing around like kids but the lady looks like she 60+ with tattooed eyebrows, she couldn't even... talk when I mentioned how my food was incorrect after I asked for tomatoes twice. She kept going back and forth as if she waslost or something but when she actually spoke to me is when I noticed her eyes dilated to the extreme, I asked for her name andshe only asked why but yet she a manager? After I finally got my food she then exchanged words with another employee saying thathe did the order wrong but she was thee one I watched make the food, I'm not sure what it is but it's shady and wouldn'trecommend this place safe for human consumption if they're smoking dope in the back. Got in and out quickly which is what I needed because I had more driving to do. The staff made a mistake with my burrito and... when I pointed it out they quickly made me a new one and the manager handed me two free taco coupons for the extra wait. It wasa great gesture by this taco bell. When I am driving through San Angelo I will remember this Taco Bell for its excellent staff. Read more
