Smoothies are good, but the service can be frustrating. The drive thru was packed so I went inside. There were two employees... taking a break. There were 7 employees behind the counter. Only 1 person was making smoothies, using only 1 of 5 blenders. Therewere at least 4 employees that had nothing to do. I noticed that my order was done and removed from their queue screen after 5minutes. I didn't get my order until 10 minutes after that. There seem to be some efficiency issues when only 1 person is using1 blender with 4 others doing nothing but looking at their smartphones. Read more

The excuse we received is that they ?portion it?. Very poor serviceand complete lack of care by a place that I have been going to for a while. This was my first time here and I got to say, it was amazing. The service was fast; It took but 6 minutes to get my order out. I... was very satisfied with that since I went there during my lunch hour. The employees were very nice to me and served me with asmile, if that matters to you. It does to me. I must say, the restrooms were exceptionally clean. Probably not the photos youwant to see when looking for a great restaurant but here they are anyway.
