This is consistently the slowest Whataburger I?ve ever encountered. My suggestion, should they choose to read this, is to hire a... former Chick-Fil-A manager to whip this place into shape. Almost every time I go to this Whataburger there are multiple items missing. Today I had multiple things missing and when I... asked about it, one employee looked at me weird then went back to what she was doing before another employee helped me. If theBryant or Knickerbocker locations were more convenient to get in and out of, I'd go there because they don't have this problem.It would take almost no effort to have an employee double-check an order before pushing it out. I would like to say first of all we are a faithful customer but after today , what a disappointment. WHAT UNPLEASANT... EXPERIENCE! The overnight manager name Diana need to do better on customer service. She talked over me , referring on giving aupper manager her over her. Said, I sound come in the morning and place order where they can understand her( us). My food wasover priced and was wrong. She did said I got referred for what I got. It was okay. I'm not really a fan of whataburger because too often in the past they've messed up my order. missing something or... not giving me what I asked for. they're nice people. Service was great, especially for a fast food joint. The burgers are definitely above average for fast food. Overall a pretty... good burger. The fries are meh, reminiscent of McDonald's for sure.
