I was there this past Wednesday and had the 2 piece Fried Chicken, leg and thigh with a side of fries(he has a good choice of... sides) The flavor was On Point! Spicy but not overpowering and very chrispy however the pieces were a bit on the small side butstill tasted Very Good. I was hungry so I also had the Day's Special, Sausage Gumbo with a piece of sweet corn bread. TheGumbo had plenty of rice sausage and some chicken. The flavor was On Point though the rue was a bit thinner than the Gumbo's Ihad in New Orleans, but it was still very good! The Corn bread was also very good! Finally a Spicy Taste of something differentthan the usual fastfood burger joints, Mexican food and Thia restaurants in the areas. The Owner/Chef was very friendly andhelpful. Encourage him to stay there at Fredericksburg Rd and Magic by stopping by and giving him a chance. I know you be backfor more . I know I will. Prices seemed reasonable. It was a little crowded and noisy, so we were expecting to wait. However, we waited for our food for... over an hour only to find that our food was given to someone else because we didn't come get it. They should really have asystem for calling your food out or texting you when it is ready. I ordered a Po' Boy, and the shrimp was well seasoned, butI've never had a Po' Boy in a wrap and it wasn't what I wanted nor was it what I was expecting. My husband said the chicken wasover seasoned and greasy. I believe that when a mistake is made, the company should at least offer you additional food or adiscount, and we weren't offered either. The next day we went to Blissful Burgers. The wait took longer than expected and theyoffered us a drink and a dessert for the trouble. That's good customer service. Read more

At the Area 51 location. $15 house special. 4 Jumbo shrimp and 2 Fish with side of Fries. When I ordered the guy didn't even... know what the special was and then decided that that price was two cheap and told the fry cook to cut a single fish to make 2...Maybe I don't know what "Jumbo" shrimp are but was definitely expecting something bigger than what I got. Could have made up forit a bit by filling the rest of the container with fries but they decided to skimp on those too. Definitely not worth even $10imo. Will not go there again. Read more
