Service was awfully slow. Expensive drinks for very little alcohol. The service was the worst. It was very disappointing for the... area. We usually go to the north star mall location but wanted to try a different venue. Should've stayed with the original.Food wasn't good at all, our food was cold. Our food did not come out at the same time. I ordered a spiked hot chocolate andnever got it, and then it suddenly appeared when the credits were about to roll. But it's ok, because we still hadn't receivedour paid check yet. The credits came on and rolled for their entirety before us, or any other patron l, was able to leave. Went to watch Black Panther: Wakanda Forever with my wife yesterday, great movie and comfortable seats. Service was... unacceptable. Was only checked on twice and waited an hour before getting anything to drink. The server was MIA for our row andseen in the back of the building smoking at the end of the movie. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the movie. The servers taking our food orders in the theater were polite and helpful. However they... have a weird policy to not let people in after the movie has started. My husband and I bought our tickets, quickly stopped tocheck out the beer selection, and bought a couple of beers. As we went our way into the movie, we were stopped and told wecouldn't go in. My husband and I went to see Black Adam today at the Alamo Draft. Such a great experience. The theatre was very clean,... outstanding food( will be back for the cheese fries) Allie our service was very nice, and answered all our questions. She ajewel. Had a great time! Ticket prices are low, and food prices are actually quite reasonable. Drinks are pricey, but not out of line... for movie theaters. The seats are pretty comfy (not amazing), and the whole thing of getting food to your seat is really fun.The servers were easy to get when you needed something, but fairly inconspicuous. Best movie theater food anywhere! Endless popcorn with REAL butter! Great alcoholic drinks, including "Grasshoppers," which are... ice cream drinks with mint liquor and creme de cacao. These are really good, smooth and creamy. There is also a bar so you canhang out with friends before/ after your movie. Having movie-themed food is fun, too. The seats recline and are verycomfortable. We bring a small flashlight to better read the menu (before the movie starts). Read more

We had a great time. Husband and I decided on a last minute movie trip and headed to town. It was our first time at Alamo. We... were a little concerned on how strict I've heard it was from some other reviews but I'm glad we didn't let that deter us. Wepicked our seats up on the back row, which I really liked because there were two seats and then a table so there wasn't someoneright beside you. It felt like we had our own little space. Our server was fantastic. He was very helpful on helping us makechoices based on the menu he was familiar with. The food was good. The movie was great. Great clean place to see a movie. Food isn't anything spectacular, but the popcorn is amazing with butter and served in a bowl.... Comfortable reserved seating and I like that the food is brought to your seat. We are trying out the season pass. Read more
