The food was good . I don't know who the young lady working there was but she was great at greeting everyone .

For starters no one at register, no one acknowledged us Cashier/ manager was very rude i asked i for extra cheese on my Arby's... melt she said she couldn't give me extra because she didn't have a button on her register to charge me I asked her where napkinswere she said they were behind counter cause we might steal them i tried paying her with a 100 hundred dollar bill she said shedidnt have any change so we paid with other bill than she said i still owed her a penny she said i can not give me my oder til igave her the penny The customer service was really bad I would not recommend this Arbys restaurant. to anyone. The sandwich i ordered, was aweful, it was the cheese steak, what I got was a pile of meat in what looked like some type of... soup and smelled awful and tasted sour, when I took back, the manger,her name i think was Leslie seemed un caring, said theprovolone cheese is what I smelled, I've ate provolone cheese before and never smelled like that.the day i was there was aroundnoon, not busy, nothing ready, customer service really sucked, and when I got home with my order, the beef and cheddar I orderedwas not in the bag, I live about 15 miles from store.. I ordered a double beef and cheddar with hot fries. Got neither. Over 11 dollar meal i didn't get. I was on my way to work. Does... anyone pay attention to the conversation or are the phones more important? They wouldn't even answer the phone. Read more
I review all restaurants before eating at the location and will say, that although many good reviews there are also many bad... reviews. This location needs to understand that they are a service, and the good reviews never outweighs that bad. Thisrestaurant is in my neighborhood, and I will keep an eye out on the bad reviews to make sure these are getting to the propermanagement. Obviously, the manager onsite does not care to take care of these issues as I see more and more bad reviews keepcoming. Read more
