We ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger with a basket of onion rings & fried mushrooms! Each order was made fresh, and it was very... fast! And the burgers were mouthwatering juicy and very delicious!! I've been eating burgers for years and this is probably one of the worst joints I've been to. The patties are low quality... Frozen patties. Certain parts of my burger were still cold and I could tell by looking at the texture it was a frozen patty. Thequality was terrible reaching a least 83%. It was extremely greasy but it was very tough to eat. I ordered a chocolate shakebut the chocolate shake was in horrible condition and wasn't even mixed properly. It looks like they just got vanilla ice creamand threw some syrup in it and didn't even mix it at all. When I was asked for a tip at the beginning when I said the amount Ifelt scolded and was given an ugly look. During the time that I was waiting for 8 minutes just on one item, I wasn'tacknowledged properly to know what was going on. As for the pricing I felt like it was overpriced for the quality of food and Iregret coming here ...extremely. The only decent quality there was or the fries. The burger was terrible with the pre-madePatty the cheap bun and the overall greasiness. I felt uncomfortable about the staff and I didn't feel welcomed. I had highhopes for this place as much as I hate to admit it McDonald's has a better quality burgers. If you don't believe me buy both ofthem from both locations and test them out you'll see the difference. Read more
It?s okey place . Fry Pickles are good , onion rings also , but hamburger small and the meat o well I can find better box to... make burgers. Place short people so tables are dirty the lady front you can tell she didn?t want to be there sad. Prices are notbad . I probably visit again . Read more
This place was absolutely amazing. We have been all over Texas eating burgers and this is one of the best. My daughter ate hers... in record time. She said it was the best ever. Fries are so fresh and good. Chicken tenders are absolutely one of a kind. Theyare huge and so fresh. The cheese pizza is amazing. Not greasy at all. Taste so fresh and perfect. Service and price areabsolutely perfect. We will definitely make this our number one place to eat next time we are in San Antonio. Read more
Don't waste your money. Burgers are flavorless frozen then patties, fries taste like burnt oil, and the fried pickles are... disgusting. The fried pickles are a mystery of what you are actually getting. Had high hopes, very disappointed. For theprice should be a lit better quality. Needs to be called Babe's basic burgers. The staff is nothing but kids, cashier can'teven do her job cause her nails a 6in long and she has attitude. Read more
We found out babes was open today on the next-door app. Hours are short they need people for more hours. My son and I decided to... eat here for lunch and it was delicious. My son ordered the cheeseburger and I ordered the mushroom burger they were both verydelicious and the right amount of toasted bun. I ordered a fries crispy with a side of ranch and they were very good. I askedabout the fries because they are a little different than the other babes restaurant and they said the fry cutter is a littledifferent here. I did let them know that I?m not a fan of the french fries at the other babes restaurants at these fries arethe best fries I have had an any babes restaurant. And then I hope that they keep the fry cutter that they currently have and donot change it. We will definitely be coming back to eat here but the rest of our family. I am not big on buger joints but sometimes you need to let others have what they want, ya know? It was so good that I ate the... while thing, something I never do. Delicious food, clean and friendly. I really liked that we could see the entire kitchen whichalso was clean and ran like a well oiled machine. It seemed a bit pricey at first but when I saw the portion sizes it all madesense.
