I live in Texas and travel everywhere and I love my state, but wish our customer service was better. It's sad to have such a... beautiful state and wonderful food and bad service. I love going to Bill Miller's I just wish when you order the person on theother side was more respectful and liked their job. Some are good but I would say get better customer service. ????????Let'sjust say that was 5 month's ago the comment above am glad thing's have changed since my last visit i have been away and today is10/25/2022 and the service was better and the food is always amazing. Love this location eat there often. I think they have some new staff they've been inconsistent and have not placed all of our... items into our bag. It happens, but it shouldn't happen every time you go. I will say that when I went back They did give mesome brownies without charging me as they left it off my last order. That is good customer service. Read more

This place is very neat.. very clean.. Super professional.. The type of food that doesn't need a lot of extras.. Although you... can add them if you need to.. Very flavorful and came highly recommended.. the prices were reasonable and I enjoyed myexperience! Read more

Great customer service. The food was the right temperature and taste. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the restroom... and do something about the amount of flies. It is located in the middle of nowhere so it is convenient for those traveling orworking in that area. Read more

Ordered 2-4'S adda strip got charged for it but didn't receive again this has been bout the 5th time lately big time messing up... almost every time we go and we go alot sorry used to go every time we order no matter what 1 or both of our orders is wrong ivlost alot of money on wrong orders.i think this was our last visit the drive-thru people don't check their orders to keep fromhold up line. I make a 28 mile round trip every time not anymore thus was our last visit and I will be posting this on socialmedia to check their order before driving away. Sorry but enough is enough Read more

Went through the drive thru. Bought the small family order and it only took about 10 min., even though there were 3 or 4 cars... ahead of me. The young lady was very pleasant, helpful and professional. I love it when the person I interact with is happy! Read more

What a terrible experience, came to grab lunch ordered chicken tenders and chopped sandwiches. When we received the food the... tenders were small and super dry looked old along with the 6 fries they give you.... the chopped sandwiches were poorly filledand looked disgusting....we asked to wait for fresh tenders....literally 5 minutes later they bring out a new plate with different size tenders but definitely not fresh they were cold. Managers don't get involved in customer complaints they haveemployees deal with it and honestly worst customer service ever they all have attitude. I've been to the busiest bill millersand received better service and food, yet here they are super slow and bad service. Read more
