Staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was par in regard to it being clean and free of obstacles. Food was dry,... lukewarm and without flavor. The coleslaw tasted like the cabbage mix was doused in balsamic vinaigrette. Rice was gritty andtasted like it was reheated. Solid 4 (dine in) but I have to side with the many reviews about the bland fried chicken ????. I'm on a quest for the best fried... chicken and while breading, piece size, and moistness were spot on... The chicken lacks spice or zing that brings you into thenext bite. What is this world coming to? Just paid $10 for 2 pancakes, an order of sausage and bacon. Loved Bill Millets until now. SMH.
Ordered and paid over the phone only to arrive & find out they don't take payment over the phone. The manager finally came out... to assist and was not only abrupt with us but rude about how he referred to his employee. We waited for our food for about anhour and watched many people come & go only to find out our order hadn't even been started. We asked a couple times about ourorder and they said it was being worked on. The employees were nice and went to get the manager again. He took a while butfinally came over & sharply asked the name the order was under. We understand being short staffed but there were severalemployees it just wasn't organized. Prices have increased yet the quality of the food has decreased. Sausage links, fries, and chicken strips are dry and... overcooked; breakfast biscuits aren't fresh. No longer a fan of BMs, especially this location. Read more

I asked the cashier their recommendation between the chopped brisket or chicken sandwich. I went with her suggestion, and was... disappointed. The chicken was thin and didn't cover even two thirds of the bun. Had the chicken been larger and thicker, itwould have been worth the price. I usually tell people Bill Miller is good, but may have to stop. Read more
