If you have never had real barbecue this is the place to get it. They don't have as many sauces as some places do but the sauce... they have is off the chain good. The smokey flavor of the meat is incredible and the the atmosphere is so welcoming. Although we arrived during their lunch rush, the staff was fast & friendly. Our food was served up promptly and was delicious.... We were a party of 7 yet had no problem finding a table where we could sit together. Bill Miller's at 1604 & Potranco neverdisappoints! If there was anything that was less than perfect, I'd probably say it's the parking lot, but it's located on a busyintersection corner and this location's drive thru is always busy. Read more
this specific location on Potranco has such bad service and food. last order placed i did not get a bag of pickles and onions.... no fork or napkin. you ask for ketchup and it's like asking for a million dollars. today they ran out of brisket. how does a BBQrestaurant run out of brisket. so i ordered a chicken sandwich which was very dry. previous visit i asked for extra roll withfried chicken and only got one. terrible terrible customer service. Everyone seems to love this bbq but it's some of the worst I've ever had. It tastes like Walmart heat up bbq could even do a... better job. Tin foil is also their to go container I guess. Going to try more places because I know texas has good bbq! Onlything we liked was the sweet tea. Service was also hit or miss. We took the brisket and sandwhich home to our dog so it wasn't$13 wasted. Read more
We had 22 people in the group..They were so gracious to let us put tables together.Family meals were delicious.
Never believed reviews where people complained about portion sizes until today....but again, FIRST TIME in over a year of... getting breakfast tacos. For the first time the bacon & egg just felt/looked really skimpy. I could tell as soon as I picked itup for a bite. And surprisingly I got a bit more brisket? but less potatoes- which may have been an optical illusion? I know youcan do better Bill Miller's! I know it! ???? Read more
Purchased (3) breakfast plates with lean brisket. I did not know that they only gave you enough for maybe one taco. And it was... tossed all over except for one plate. I wouldn't recommend it but my friend loves Bill Miller Bar-B-Q and being Easter Sundayand her working didn't have too many choices. Read more
Man I know food prices are going up. Which I am willing to pay more for the convince of not having to cook. But when the food... quality is horrible come on. 3 piece chicken strips looks like one whole cut into 3 like 4 fries and the tea!!! It's freakingwater!!!
