I called ahead for my order and was told that there was a 20 minute waiting time for fried chicken!! So I decided to use the... drive thru, then I was told it would be 40 minutes for the same thing!! I paid for the fried chicken and was told to drive tothe front! A hour later I called an they said they couldn't find my order but would work on it!! 20 minutes later I get my orderminus the DRINKS!! Ordered biscuit and gravy this morning and as you can see it?s burned! Two months later I come back and order biscuit and gravy... but they didn?t have the gravy ready and it was already 7 an. So I changed my order and they still didn?t get my ordercorrect. Just a disappointing experiences going to this place! Read more
Ordered dine in to find no clean tables so I picked up a spray bottle and rag to seat myself and asked for a manager. When he... saw me cleaning the table I told him there was no napkins,ketchup or mayonnaise at the self serve mini bar. I let him know thiswas my 3rd visit to this location and it was always out of bread rolls ,ketchup and limes ...buy cleaning my own table pushed meto complain. He just called his employees to clean tables and walked away. I received my meal and asked again for ketchup andmayonnaise and told him I needed corporate office # because he didn't address my problem or show concern and he just said I havemy guy cleaning the tables. First we called in an order for a family meal .. we were told 10-15 minutes. We get there and 20 minutes after the initial... wait, our full order is still not ready. We order another side instead to cut the wait and then notice that the price isn'tright and the bread is missing. The manager was pleasant and refunded the difference and added the bread. We get home and thebrisket is just dry crumbles of brisket!!! Most of the edges were hard and not edible. Well to be honest most of it wasgarbage. First of all they don't have enough people working inside to support the amount of costumers they get on a regular basis. Every... time I go to the curbside and try to order. They never answer.
