Monday at 437 pm I went inside to order a family fried chicken. I was told I would have to wait 17 minutes. I said ok, because... the last few times we tried to get fried chicken, we left instead of waiting. Normally the fried chicken is really good but isnever ready. While waiting I saw three people complain about the chicken orders, not getting pieces they ordered. I overheardthe manager says she had received 6 call backs this shift. Has to be some kind of complaints. I had asked for no thighs, and itwas printed on the receipt. When we got home 4 thighs in the box and the chicken was not completely cooked. Chicken was way overcooked which made it way too crispy and dark meat was really dry. The sweet iced tea was absolutely... phenomenal! Just seems the past few years it's truly a hit-and-miss with any bill Miller restaurant. Read more

This was our first time at this location and they got everything right. The brisket was delicious and the lemon meringue pie... was ????????. I highly recommend this place and management, feel free to hook me up the next time I'm around, which will befrequently. Good job to the whole crew working that day. Read more
Always a great lunch stop. Two meat platter for me and Three piece fried chicken for my elderly step dad. Very elder friendly... and respectful and the quality was top notch as usual. Read more
Ordered breakfast tacos for church. They did a great job, however they didn't label what tacos were which ones. We had to open... them up to see. But they were so good. Especially the brisket tacos. Read more
In all honesty the service at this location has gone down hill. I see alot of standing around and bare minimum customer service.... This 5 star review is for one person and one person only. Her name is Bianca and she is literally running circles around herCo-workers. Keep up the good work. Always check your order before driving off from this location. Be extra careful if you order anything not corresponding to a... number on the menu. Waited 20 minutes because I made the mistake of ordering two BBQ chicken sandwiches and a small fry. Orderwas misheard, and was not repeated back at the speaker. Finally got the two sandwiches but the fries were left out. I guess the2.25 was a tax for trusting people. Read more
