I had prepaid in 24hrs advance notice for a large order of fried chicken for 5pm today and nothing was even ready and to top it... all off I got rude customer service from some girl who works at the carry out counter. Management needs to work more with the drive thru staff. Rude and trying to rush thru every interaction and constantly cutting... you off while you order. Way more understandable with a long line but it was slow. Read more

Would have been a 1/5 if manager didn't offer two deserts. Waited for 40 mins for my order d/t mashed potatoes being freshly... prepared along with a beef, sausage, rib plate. Tasty food overall. Sausage trumps all three meats. Read more
