I crept into bills through the back door....My wife was upset that I had lunch without her. She asked why I wasn't so hungry for... dindin.....I felt so guilty eating without my family but then again I enjoyed the peace n quiet. It was a quick bite right afterwork cause I had skipped lunch. Knowing dinner wouldn't be ready for another couple hrs I crept into bills through the backdoor.... This was a day or two before Thanksgiving so they had tables out filled with preorders....the staff is always friendlyand the foods usually good. The dining area was clean as well as the parking lot and restrooms. I had a quick bite for lunchthen bailed...thanks for the grub. My karma btw was a painful cramp between my chin and my neck that wouldn't go away as Iate...I tried to take a huge bite from my poor boy and the darn delicious thing gave a cramp that wouldn't go away...it wasthere the whole time I ate...karma for eating without the fam... Food was good and hot. The one star is for the drive thru cashier, who said nothing during the whole interaction, was very rude,... and was very put out when we asked for the missing condiments that were on our receipt. Makes for an unpleasant experience. Read more

Placed an order of mash and gravy for the company potluck. I called a couple of times to be sure I had placed it at the correct... location and to be sure the next morning that my order would be ready. The next morning it was like I hadn't called in an orderfor pick up in the morning. Mash wasn't ready and gravy wasn't ready. The person in charge seemed to be bothered by my order. Igot my order but I also got cold gravy and a container as a resolution for my order and bad service. Read more

Have gone here for many years, recently it has gone down in staff friendliness and food quality. Today the fried chicken was... cold and the French fries looked left over. When I mentioned it to the girl at the counter, she went on the offensive saying Ihad a full order, I said I?m not complaining about the amount, I?m complaining they looked over cooked, dark, and dried out.Needless to say, I didn?t get any new fries, she made it clear she was in charge Read more

My first time eating brekfeast @ bill millers. I enjoyed it. Fresh eggs and biscuits. I had a bean and bacon taco, bacon egg &... cheese biscuit. My wife had the brekfeast bowl with bacon. I'm for sure coming back. Read more

Lunch was great ! Jared gave us great service ! Lady that gathered our order was very pleasant well served. In general all... employees were very talkative and friendly!! I love this Bill Miller's on Blanco! I am a customer every morning of the week. They know how to take care of thier customers! ... Friendly and courteous.When and if your order goes wrong. They replace your order quickly and hassle free no push back orrudeness. And they apologize to you for any inconveniences.They want you to be happy when you leave. I have been to many billmillers in San Antonio and they are by far #1 in my book!. I drive clear across town to stop here even if its just for a tea!Great Job to all of the a.m. staff ! First, I want to start by saying that I love Bill Miller?s as a company. However, the service that this location provides to its... customers is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I was there to get dinner using the drive-through andthe cashier (a young lady that hates her job, which I wish I had her name), gave me awful customer service. She was rude, andwhen she gave me my change back she literally troughs my change back. I had to open my door and get my change from the floor,and the worst part is that she close the window in my face as if she was angry with me. It is not the first time that we havehad problems with that same cashier. I don?t know why she has that kind of attitude toward her customer that is waiting more fortheir meals. I usually don?t make a big deal about this kind of stuff, but when I got home my sister told me that she had asimilar experience with that same cashier in that bill millers. I think it is essential that the management department of thisbranch stepped up and change this because this young lady needs to stop ruining the experience of the customers. Read more
