I believe I was greeted by a young redhead by the name of Bridgett upon my visit to botika last night She was very polite and... made me feel comfortable in the food I was ordering, since it was a little out of my comfort zone. I started off with the dragonroll and it was different but really good! I finished with the octopus which was also very good. My server informed me that ifanything was not to my liking she would for sure be able to handle it for me and to not worry. That was very assuring and willdefinitely have to come back to see her!
