Great place to meet with friends. The ambiance is chill and it is not loud. Food was amazing and service was... exceptional. Bartenders were friendly while we waited for our table We had the empanadas for appetizer and they were so good! Read more
Food was great, a mix of Latin and Asian selections. They gave us a brunch menu at 3 oclock which would have been nice to have... lunch or dinner. Really can't complain about the service or food quality but the people on grill/wok station were burning a lotof oil (probably to season their equipment but that made the air smell a bit bitter. A perennial favorite that my wife and I visit every time we're in San Antonio. The mixture of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine... works very well, and the flavors on dishes like the lomo saltado and the steamed buns are incredible. Food was visually pretty, but did not taste good at all. The salmon roll had three different types of cooked salmon, but mixed... into each piece. I kind of was expecting it to be a few pieces of each type. Any way, the person and I dining tasted one pieceof each roll we ordered and left. It was *that* bad. Rice was not cooked well, salmon (to me) tasted like what I imagine dogfood would. I could tell our server wasn't interested in seeing if we liked our food, so I didn't bring it up.
