The waitress was wonderful, but there were some things that were out of her control that made the visit less than spectacular.... My wife ordered sweet tea and she was able to get a glass, but when she asked for a refill, they had run out of sweet tea forthe day. 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and they were out of sweet tea. My granddaughters wanted more cheese sticks and they wereout of those as well. Not a big deal but small things that made our dinner less than it could have been. Read more
I usually just go here for a beer and a snack on the weekends at the bar when I have the time. Other than the bad smells when... you walk in the door it's not a bad place, the bartenders have always been great for me, cold beer and decent food. I think theplace needs to be cleaned top to bottom though, it's pretty funky in there towards the front. I'll continue to visit as long asthe bar area stays clean. Read more
When it comes to wings, BWW is definitely not my 1st choice but it's been a hot minute since I've been to this particular... location, so I said..WHAT THE HECK, LET'S EAT! I've always suggested sitting at the bar during happy hour (3pm to 6pm). Youget much better service at the bar, and COLD beer. This location is struggling with staffing and it's noticeable. Which isunderstandable. The bar area (tables) was pretty empty when I arrived at 3:30pm on a Tuesday, most were sitting at the bar. Theserver was attentive and friendly at 1st but towards the end of my meal time, she pointed out that my ticket was ready morethan once. I felt rushed!! I ordered the Mango Habaneo and the Asian Zing. The Mango Habaneo wasn't as hot as I expected, Ilike my nose to run but it didnt. The wings were cooked well, just the way I like them. I'm not a fan of fries but I stillorder them. Needless to say, McDonald has better fries. The beer (Wild Herd) was very good, served at the right temperature,cold! 0 stars. First wrap was messed up. Then they remade it. Even worse. Pictured is half of it. Also the wings drowned in sauce.... Won't come back here. Always problems with this location. Will go back to just buying there sauce at Walmart Read more
There was one server on the floor and she was awesome! Even though it was busy she managed orders and check-ins for refills at... all of the tables really well. We never ran out of drinks (some of the wing flavors heat can sneak up on you) and don't thinkany table had to wait. Read more
I normally enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings. I think the wings are fantastic, however my most recent order from DoorDash was a massive... disappointment, I had order BONELESS. Not traditional. And yet I received traditional, and the wrong flavors. Do better nexttime ???????? Read more
I like wings.. and Buffalo Wild wings are ok. They are never bad. When you add in football it's always better. I got the mild... buffalo and wet lemon pepper with the cauliflower. The only issue I had was most of the tables had not been cleaned and theplace was pretty empty. The waitress waited until we sat down to clean the table which I thought was a little odd. The placeseemed like it was in need of a shut down to do some deep cleaning, but that is on the management. People will still go even ifit isn't very clean. Maybe it was just this location. Read more
They need to completely tear this location down and replace it with a different restaurant. Or they can go the simpler rout and... replace management. I made a visit when it was slow , it was only a party of 2 and we ordered 20 boneless wings and 1 order offries . We were the ONLY table in the dinning area. We waited for 30 minutes with no service, our waiter was too distractedwatching the games. While we waited other tables were seated and served food well before our table of 2. Management had noremorse and did not once apologize for the terrible service. When we finally got our food it was warm as if it were sittingthere for a while. Even when our food arrived our server neglected to check up on us as he was yet again too busy watching thegames. I hope BWW franchise sees this review and makes changes.
