Good food, but they only had one server waiting on the entire lobby. I felt so bad for him. He still managed to provided quick... and friendly service but shame on whoever was managing for not providing him help. I enjoyed my visit to BWW but the prices for liquor are a little extreme. Charging 5.35 an oz? Ouch. Think about that...4 to 5... shots and you bought an entire bottle! Drink beer and pickup liquor at the liquor store. The food was very good! Melody, thebartender, was so nice and pleasant. The Manager, Mike, took time to talk to people and help his staff. Picked up a doordash here for a customer, actually two customers, their order was not ready when I arrived and I was made to... wait 15 plus minutes, the server was very friendly and apologetic saying they were short staffed, of course, and that they weredoing the best they could. As a delivery driver I still get penalized if the orders are late regardless of the circumstances. Asa customer I would think that the business that relies on such customers who are putting their faith in a restaurant to deliverthe product on time and as ordered, would have at least let the customer know that their order would be 20 minutes late. But Iguess that's not how things work nowadays. Unfortunate. Read more
The manager, Natalie, is professional, courteous, and all together wonderful. We ordered a new item that the chefs weren't... familiar with (and consequently, messed up). She had our order remade quickly and correctly and made sure everything wasperfect. Thanks, Natalie! BTW...... The new food, the new Bird Dogs, were delicious! Read more
5 stars for our waitress Leah. She was awesome even with them being short staff. Really sweet girl. But the food was blah.... Chickens wings were dry and hardlyany seasoning, fries were cold, boneless wings were cold, they didn't have onion rings ..likeusual ????. Took over an hour to get our food and it wasn't even packed at all. Practically empty. Very upset that we spentalmost $70! That was for 3 of us. We had another couple with a toddler that together we spent over $100.. we will never returnto this location because this is not the 1st time. We always try again and it wasn't any better. I'll be trying another locationnext time. This location officially lost our business. Read more
This location has the best tasting and perfectly cooked wings and fries in my opinion. Other locations must be doing something... different because it is not as good. However, what separates this location from the others is customer service. More often thannot, we are not greeted, just asked how many in our party in a serious manner, or wait times for a server to assist is superlong even when there's only five occupied tables and more than 4 servers walking about. Then, when we are assigned a server,it's hit or miss with them too. On our most recent visit, we started off having same issues of no greeting and waiting foreverfor a server, however, when we were assigned a server she was amazing. She appeared genuinely apologetic for the wait, (eventhough she wasn't one of there servers we saw passing our table) and was very attentive. Not a terrible place by any means. Server was super helpful, didn?t offer and silverware, napkins or straws until asked. Overall... a decent experience, food was hot and fresh. No complaints there. Read more
I came in here December 3rd and Dominique was my waitress. I often go out to eat by myself and as a 20 year old I tend to... receive poor service I think due to my age. But Dominique was very attentive, checked up on me without me having to find her,she answered a question I had about the queso. Just all around an amazing waitress!!! It wasn?t one thing that she did buteverything she did that makes her an amazing waitress. I am happy to say her tip was equal to the price I paid for the food. Read more
