Been waiting 25 minutes for a grub hub order and saw 10 drivers waiting for what seemed forever. Not to mention a customer just... walked up to hostess station(empty) to grab some menus after they seated themselves. Who ever was handling the to go orders wasso out of it. No eye contact or acknowledgement. People had to basically force him to check on orders. If I didn't have to pickup here I would walk out to never return and tell everyone this is the worst service bww I have ever been to. Waitstaff doesn'teven know they've been sat because customers are told to seat themselves. What is this? It's 9pm on a Thursday. Do better. Read more
The new Buffalo Bird Dawg is a nice enough change from the standard chicken sandwich (get some Blazin' Sauce on the side to go... with it!) and works really well with their Happy Hour menu ($3 to $6 items 3 to 6 Weekdays). Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean restaurant and a great place to go watch a game. The food was fantastic across the... board. Tried the cauliflower for the first time and it was really good. Came in on a Saturday night at 7PM. Seated right away as it wasn?t that busy. Service was just a little slow but that may have... been a staffing issue. Everyone had wings but me as I had the nachos with chili. Chips were a little stale and the chili wascold. Everyone else?s food was good. Read more

I came in to partake of their Veterans day promo and the place was in shambles. I am not sure if I had just missed a rush of... people or what. Most of the tables were dirty and their were fries on the floor. I find a clean table and take a seat. I satthere for 10 minutes with four servers passing me on my left and right before a whole different server comes to the table togreet me. They were not packed at this point so not sure why no one could of at least acknowledged me sitting at a table waitingfor service. The waitress that finally arrived was very pleasant and she apologized for the wait. I had planned to order extrafood during this trip but just with the promo instead. I had the boneless wings and fries. The fries were really tasty and thechicken was pretty good. I gathered my leftovers, tipped the waitress and headed out. I am not sure if they were just having anoff day or what. I haven't been to this location in a long time and I understand the staff shortage. However acknowledgingsomeone goes a long way considering I had four servers pass me repeatedly and I was sitting right next to the server station. Itjust was not a welcoming environment that day.
