Please note that if you're in the Drive-Thru or ordering online there is a very good chance that your burgers buns may just be... microwave slightly and you may end up with frozen buns on your burger. The lack of interest in their job and the well-being oftheir customer is astonishing. This Burger King produces incredibly disgusting food. I ordered the #2 Texas Whopper and the burger was drenched in mayonnaise.... It was like they did this on purpose. This caused the bun to be soggy, it was incredibly nasty. The fries were also ice cold andthe diet coke had a flat nasty taste as if they weren't maintaining the soda dispensers. For $13 I would expect at leastsomething of decent quality. Whoever they have working they clearly doesn't care about the food they are making. I ate here ayear ago and thought I would give it a try to see if they improved but they have not. Not sure why this location hasn't beenshut down yet. Read more
Oh my goodness, this place. I ordered nuggets, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. It was about 7pm on a Wednesday. The onion... rings and mozzarella sticks were awful. They tasted like they were fried in old vegetable oil or refried 2 or 3 times. Themozzarella cheese was a sad beige/brown color and was dry and old tasting. Pretty bad. Ordered breakfast for two. One sandwich had a thin piece of meat and no egg,even though it was meat-egg-cheese. The other had a... thick piece of wet egg. The tots were a weird color and tasted liked refried tots. The person running drive thru wasn't happy atall, and could use a coffee or customer service class. Maybe they need more people, or a food inspector before food hits thewindow. Read more
Terrible. If I wasnt forced to give at least one star to rate this place I would have given 0 stars! I was the only costumer in... line, paid extra for LARGE fries and my kids happy meals had more fries than my supposedly LARGE fries. Horrible. Look at thepics, I feel robbed. This is my first time ordering at bk I ordered two family bundles 65 dollars worth of food, I received less than half the order,... did not get my drink, burgers and drinks even the 16 piece nuggets. Absolutely horrible it was all cold and the fries look old.Been calling them no answer or whatsoever. I will never order from any bk branch ever again Read more
Food is great. Service not so much. Ordered online, but had to wait in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. Only 4 cars in front... of me. If you're in a hurry and need fast food, this is not the place to go. Read more
My husband has gone to this location twice since we moved here and has come home with HORROR storries both times! What gives?... Are the staff so incompetent that headquarters needs to shut it down until they can fire the whole staff and hire a brand newstaff? Today it took 50 minutes to get HALF our order. What they gave him wasn't even worth the wait. I've worked fast foodbefore... 15 minutes or you get some sort of compensation... 50 minutes is outrageous. If they only have 1 employee working itisn't enough to even open... a staff of 3 should be able to get food out in 10 minutes while NOT busy... Read more
