Restaurant was not clean in the sitting area, to include the tables. This burger king is just not very impressive compared to... others I have eating at. This restaurant is just not the best choice being next to the San Antonio airport cell phone lot, Iwould of thought that there would be something better to service people flying and waiting for family. I've had some hit and miss experiences here but it's the newest and best BK in the area (not much competition). Prices are also... reasonable and the BK app and mail coupons have good offers. Just wish they had ice cream and shakes like the other locations inthe area have (sometimes, when the machines aren't "broken"). Manager is a wonderful and sincere person. Drive through hoursweren't consistent during CoVID and online ordering was still left turned on which made for an unpleasant surprise upon arrival.Got a cold impossible Whopper here once but that was the exception to the rule. Food is usually good, hot, and ready when Iarrive if ordering online and provide an accurate arrival time. Dining room is open again which I really appreciate! Read more
EXTREMELY rude service at this establishment. I went through the drive thru on the 29th with my mom and the employee that took... my order was rude for no reason. They gave us attitude because my mom switched her order from a large to a small. Then when wegot to the window they once again gave attitude over the fact we changed the size?? They said ?changed from a large to a smallHuh??? Before aggressively taking my moms card. They took forever to finally give us our food AND didn?t even give us all ouritems we paid for. I?m extremely disappointed with this service because it?s never been this bad. If they had at least given mewhat I paid for I wouldn?t be as irritated. The fact I filed a complaint and still have yet to receive a response is alsoirritating. Definitely don?t recommend this location. Read more

*** ?Located outside? San Antonio International Airport, not ?in? it. Go to the Phillips gas station on the approach road to the... terminals, and it?s there along with a convenience store. Very clean, open early and late for obvious reasons, and polite andcompetent service. I like McDonalds?s biscuits more ? as well as its sausage, egg & cheese biscuit sandwich itself ? but toeach his own. Good coffee. Read more
I ordered a chicken bacon burger. My mom ordered onion rings in replacement for fries. I only got a chicken sandwich no bacon... and mom got fries no onion rings. I was lookimg forward to trying something new. I tried calling no answer. It's been such along day for me. I didn't even feel like going back. I'm exhausted. So I didn't even bother going back.
