If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed I spent almost $40 on food for me and my family just to get some bad... food . Liver was bad it tasted horrible , it was fully cooked but the meat was bad my tongue felt like someone put handsanitizer on my it. The liver was sour and the tenders were undercooked . I talked to the manager his name is (Juan) about whathappened he seemed like a young man , and he told me that my ?little money? that I spent meant nothing to him or theircompany.because it was only a ?little $40? :( I was so disappointed.like man I came up with that money to feed my family and hemade it seem like the problems that occurred to me were my fault.:( I will never return to this location again!! I?ve always come here because the service is good and the food is great. But today, I waited over 20 mins in the drive thur and... watched as two female order takers helped other cars even those that came after me. So I had to leave my car and go inside andorder. The manager took my order but did not address the problem. After I paid for my food, one of the order takers wearing ablue hat said we?ll everyone is entitled to a bad day. Like wow. Why are you working in the food service and she went on to makeother excuses like I could not hear you. The manager is right there and doesn?t do anything. It?s sad and disappointing of howthings have changed. I?ll try another location because these young females who work at this location do not care about theircustomers and will bad mouth them. The chicken is good flavor wise, however the strips/tenders are very thin. While I love soft french fries, the fries are... borderline soggy. Gravy is not gravy and just water basically. Needs to be thicker. Too many areas that need improvement.Wouldn't recommend. Read more
In ordered chicken only and one side! It was 2 chicken legs and a regular cole slaw for my wife plus 1 chicken leg, one breast,... and one thigh for me! Total was $23! What? I walked out very angry. I went to Churches Chicken up the road from Bush?s! Sameorder request, Total $11.04. Guess where I?m going next again! Bush?s had no prices listed on their menu! Why? Very disgustedcustomer! Tonight I ordered 2 manager's specials and the wings were totally dry and tough down to the bone. In all of my years eating at... your restaurant, I always had a really good product to eat, so I was very disappointed. I've even bragged to other people aboutyour chicken. I feel so disappointed and let down. I always try to give you guys the benefit of a doubt but it just seems like every visit... keeps getting worse. It started with long waits and getting passed up to attend to cars that came in after me. Then it went togiving dry/the wrong pieces of chicken. Now, I stop on my way home from work to get a 2 pc meal and get all the way home to findout that I paid almost $12 for a drink and a box full of rolls. So I call and "oh yeah, I remember that box going out. Well youcan drive (all the way) back and we can replace your meal now or we can log it for a later date. No I'm sorry. No let me replaceyour meal today and log an extra one to make up for your time and gas. Do better Bush's on Potranco!
