The service was fast our order was accurate and the staff was very friendly. The chicken was hot fresh and juicy. My husband... wasn't sure about the gravy he's used to brown gravy not white but said it was really good all in all we will definitely beputting Bush's on our list of approved restaurants. Read more
Hit or miss with the young staff running the food as the turnover is high (a lot of PT University Kids). Most of the time order... is right, and with all the drive up cars they always know or ask who's next in line. Tea is very good, especially if u likecrushed ice. Chicken is very good when its not dry due to over frying. Last 2 times there though had gut reaction to food weate from there. Hope that everyone, especially new hires, know to wash their hands according to Health regs. Read more
I'm going to start with how fast the service is. Every time regardless of how many people are in drive through, speed off... service never lacked. This review is based on more that 6 visits done over the holidays, so I am happy to award them 5stars. Can we talk about how friendly and professional everyone always IS? Anyone who reads my reviews knows I have highexpectations of customer service. Thank you for not only meeting, but also exceeding them on every visit. Did someone saydelicious chicken? In today's world many establishments either have good service OR good food, rarely do you find both under thesame roof. Bush's has taken both and embraced them. From corn nuggets to the chicken sandwich, I can tell pride lives here. Iam always excited when it's Bush's day at my house. Literally cooked to perfection and the portions are amazing. So went today to get the tender Tuesday special which we do every Tuesday because of the special well ain't so special anymore... went from $12.99 to $16.99 $18.39 with tax saw they took the banner off for the special so BE AWARE of the price change.chickenalways good but we will go every other Tuesday now......
