Good/ fast service. Yummy food!

This has been my "go to" for sandwiches. It always cooked to order and the fries are real, always crisp, and not greasy or oily.... Turn around is pretty quick for what it is but it can get busy real fast and real quick. The only real downside to this place isthe price. But you do get what you pay for in the long run. Read more

Do not order online for curbside pick up. Placed an order online for pick up and called the store to let them know I was parked... at the pick up location, they told me that my order was ready, waited for 20 mins and no one came out. Called the store again,and they told me the don't have anyone to go out to take the order. They could have told me that when I called for fist timeand not make me wait 20 mins. Some people come here on their work lunch hour, we don't have 20 mins to wait. Now eating a coldsandwich because it sat there for over 30 mins. Read more

Was my first time eating at Charley's. I went with the cashiers recommendation which was the regular Philly cheese steak.... Ordered it as a combo with regular fries and a drink. The food came out pretty quick, everything was made after I ordered andthe fries were crispy and hot. Sadly my fries were my favorite part of the meal. The Philly cheesesteak lacked flavor. Almostall the flavor was from the pickles and lettuce and cheese. The meat had very little flavor and it wasnt until my last few bitesthat I got any bell pepper. I added some seasoned salt to my fries and then decided to add some to the sandwich after I finishedthe first half. I remembered the guy asking if I liked onions cheese and mushroom, but didnt remember seeing any mushroom inthe first half, so I opened the second half of my sandwich to take a closer look. Only a small slice of mushroom could be seenmelted into one of the cheese slices. The freshness of the food was good, the customer service at the register was excellent,in fact he had me excited to try the food. The speed at which the food came out was very good. However the flavor of thesandwich was lacking. I'll probably return again and order a different item and specify extra mushrooms and onion. But for nowmy rating is four-stars because I've had a lot of more flavorful Philly cheesesteaks. Read more
