Guy at the front desk was not professional and he messed up our orders

Been several times for a turkey melt and they have been out of turkey and customer service is pretty grim

Took forever!! Employees laughing with each other and taking 30 second breaks after doing almost any task. The chef was cooking... one cheese steak at a time on a huge grill when there was a massive line at least 20 people long so it moved extremely slow.Seems more like social hour then work. Read more

Awesome workers. They have great customer service, especially that guy that works nightshift on weekdays, he's funny.
