As many places there are here in SA to get Mexican food, I actually only go to a handful of them as I have been let down too... many times by places that lack flavor, fail health inspection, or just have don't know what they're doing in the kitchen. Thisplace doesn't have any of that. This place is amazing and for the pricing, very good food. The gringa tacos are legit and thebarbacoa, delicious. Staff is always pleasant and quick. Delicious tacos. Shrimp was perfect. Easy parking, great staff, clean and an extensive menu.

I had the shrimp tacos on corn tortillas taco plate with rice and beans. It was a-maaay-zing! This restaurant is definitely... worth visiting if you are in Alamo Heights on a lunch break, or for breakfast. Read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered three tacos and was only able to eat 1/3. How do you mess up a bean and cheese... taco?? The refried beans were a pale whitish color, and tasted like they had gone rancid. The chorizo has an off taste to it,and the last taco was not made how I requested it. This really had no flavor and I’m not use eating wet egg. The barbaccoa tacos were so greasy the bag tore from how soaked it... was. If someone gets a veggie omelet I assume it’s to be somewhat healthy. The pound of cheese also didn’t help. Read more
