What can you say, it's good! Great customer service, friendly and helpful! BUT...... Minimal seating! They took up so much... room to set up a delivery section not sure if it was a good idea!? Kudos to them for reopening the play area! They do a great job at keeping it clean and safe. However, I am only giving a four... star review because the parking situation is absolutely ridiculous. Most spots are either for their delivery trucks or forcurbside, leaving little consideration for dine in patrons. If you want to park here, be ready for wait for the drive thru lineto clear up before you can leave or park at heb. Read more
Always a pleasure here, lines can be long and service has always been excellent. Best location we have been to and go... often. Food is prepared exactly as should be, never missed any items from our order, staff is always timely and courteous.Highly recommend this location. Read more
Update!! Here it is again! We had 4 meals and all our fries were half full!!! Pictures are added. Can we just get our full order... of fries! And to top it off the fries were not crispy, seems as if they were half cooked and sat in oil! You can tell in thepictures. I called 2x and no answer. We come to this location very often as we love CFA but fries are rarely full. I noticedthere was other reviews on this. (Second part is a review from a few months ago) I don't understand why when I order a Large fryI get like a small or a medium put in a large insert. The staff is amazing because they always manage to stay so friendly despite them always being busy. They are also super fast... given how popular this location is. I always order through the app and get my food in about 5 minutes every time! I am addictedto chick fil a now because every experience I have is fantastic. Update 6/12/21 Same issues. Had 6 cars jump us on the right. 3 employees on right, one on left. Ridiculous. Really dropping... the ball. Just went 4/1/2021 and watch them allow 8 cars order before me, 10 cars got their order before I did on opposite side,having 3 cashiers on one side, forgot my straws and had 1/3 of the fry box filled. It's becoming a habit the last few weeks. Tothe point I don't even want to go anymore because it happens a lot. Frustrating. Read more
We went for Veterans day. My husband, who is a veteran, had checked before we went for the hours they were honoring Veterans... with a free chicken sandwich. We arrived within the time listed but he was denied the free sandwich. We stayed anywaybecause we usually like Chick-fil-a, but our sandwiches were not up to par. Read more
