Slow service. Poor costumer service. As a signature member - that?s top tier level of loyalty, I find this location rather bland... and I?ve been to many locations across the country. I normally order curbside to avoid lines in the drive-thru and byrestaurant standards, should take priority in service, but not this place. I?m always waiting longer than expected and somethingis always missing from my order - even if it?s a free item redeemed via the app. The manager is Don Spice and is clueless tomanaging this location. The staff is fake-friendly and more than half of the time, they never say the famous ?my pleasure? whenserving you. And to top it off they just went thru a remodel that closed the location for a few weeks. You?d think they?dretrain the staff to be more friendly and courteous. Hey have some pride in your work. The chicken sandwiches tasted great. The fries could have been warmer. The people are friendly and the place was clean. I went... to pick up dinner and picked up the food curbside. They have two drive-through lanes, and both were full. This sometimes causesan issue for people ordering curbside. It took slightly longer than to receive the food.the chicken sandwiches were hot, and thechicken was larger than in the past. I feel they have the best chicken sandwiches. I went to get dinner. I picked up a marketsalad and a Cobb salad. This was a change from our usual chicken sandwiches. The market salad comes with several small packagesof fixings that you can add as you desire. The Cobb salad comes with hard boiled egg slices. They both have numerous choices asfar as dressing goes. I would recommend either one if you like eating salad. I would recommend checking the website for thosewith food allergies. Read more

Nice people, fast service, but when we got our food; our chicken was burnt, fries were old and stale, found a cardboard in our... drink, got the order wrong and (of course least important) forgot to put in condiments.(since it was a Togo order). It's Chick-fil-A. What else needs to be said? Great chicken, even better lemonade. This location just went through a remodel.... Doesn't look any better or worse than previously but at least they're keeping it up to date and clean. Thank you forreinvesting. It gets noticed no matter a guests opinion. Our chicken nuggets were small and overcooked and they didn't ask if we wanted sauce and didn't give us any sauce. :( I only go... for the good nuggets and honey mustard. The med. fry doesn't come with a lot of fries. Very unsatisfied compared to the one DonSpice runs on New Braunfels and Fair. :( none of us 4 wanted to finish the huge expensive 30pack we bought.
