Went in for Happy Hour and didn't come out happy. Let's just say that I spent the same as if I was dining in normal with my... spouse and child. A happy hour should have EVERYTHING on the menu less than $7 in my book and draft drinks less than 20oz for$3. I've gone to happy hours that charge $6 for 6 wings including veggies and dip and here they want to charge $10 for just 4wings! Seriously no more Chili's Happy Hour for me. Cheers. Read more

I have not been to a Chili's since my mom passed in 2016. The food had been declining for years and had not liked going there... but it was my mom's favorite. The food was hot, fresh, and unexpectedly tasty. We got the combo appetizer, I loved the slidersand my roommate loved the wings. I got the fajitas foe dinner and they were decent, for chain fajitas. Went in today with my fiance, it looked like it would be a long wait but our waitress appeared to take initiative in getting... guests seated. In total, we waited for no more than 5 minutes from the second we walked in to get seated. We had the pleasureof being seated with the waitress that took initiative, Leanne (I hope it's spelled correctly) as well as Jessica which was awaitress in training. Their customer service was amazing that even my fiance commended it and he's never satisfied withanything. They had smiles, made sure our order was correct, and delivered speedy service to the best of their abilities. Theydefinitely will be our deciding factor to return to this specific location ?? Wait is insane! Our server Ashley was great and the Smokehouse Combo and Burger Combo were excellent. The ribs are absolutely... delicious. Update 5/4/22 15 minute wait and we were seated. Our waitress was great, our Strawberry lemonade was never empty.The food came out quick and was perfect. Read more

We came here for the first time on August 25th for dinner. We were told we would have to wait 20-30 minutes to be seated. That... was fine. Other restaurants are 45 to 90 minutes. When we were walked to be seated we saw how empty the restaurant was. Weordered our food and that is when the long wait began. I'm guestimating we waited 30 minutes for our food, which made no sensebecause the place hardly had any tables occupied. As far as the food goes, most of it was at or better than good. I wasdisappointed about how little brisket I got based in the price and I ordered 2x brisket. The corn on the cob was dry, overcooked and needed a lot more butter. The waitress was pretty good. We came here Tuesday and everything was just "okay"....but we cane back again on Thursday and everything was beyond... excellent!!!! Jennifer, our waitress, was the best one we have ever had at this location. The food was sooooo much better onThursday too!!!! We love their happy hour but wish you didn't have to sit at the bar to partake in it as the bar fills up fast. But hands down....Thursday was the best experience I have had here...hands down!!! Today Chili?s let me down. Placed an order for curbside pickup. Was told that the order would be ready by 810-815pm. Pulled up... and let them know I was there. Was told it would be another ten minutes. Curbside folks came out three more times saying itwould be another ten minutes. An hour later still waiting for the food. Manager never came out to address the issue. Had wifecall to speak to a manager, waited over 15 minutes to speak with a manager before Hanging up because no one answered. Thecurbside folks said that they would bring out a free drink or dessert to comp for the delay. The food came out cold. The onlything that was warm was the corn and the soup. There was plastic wrapping in the margarita chicken and in the rice. Didn?t getthe skillet queso that was ordered. Chili?s really let us down by showing that you really don?t care about the customer or thequality of the food.
