Salad was plain. No flavor. Bubba's has good salad with potato sticks. Never thought of that before. Soup here is good tho and... so are the burgers. Best chips and salt ???? 7 months ago: Super disappointed at Chili's today. First time dining in dining areaand lady is spraying cleaning products and sweeping near our table! I brought my daughter out for the first time ever in a longtime! And she is spraying chemical products while people are eating! Our server says how else will we get our tables clean?Really? I asked for my order with green onions and they put green onions! On the pasta it is possible to take them off but on the soup... not really because then you'll revome the chesse and bacon also. Ooof where do I begin. This location was on its second chance and blew it. My burger was so greasy. The bacon was almost... transparent and it wasn?t appetizing. I ate a single meat patty from the burger. The fries weren?t fresh and my mother in lawsmeal wasn?t any better. Her ribs were dry and what seemed to be old (reheated). We were comped for the ribs. Our waitress wasnice which is why I give the 2 stars. This chilis location needs to get it together. Read more
We ordered for pickup over an hour before they closed. We arrived and went in for our order and they gave us almost everything.... We double checked, ran back in, and they said that their kitchen was closed (still an hour before closing time) so we just askedfor a different soup because that's what we were shorted. Girl at the counter scraped the bottom of a prep container from thecooler to only half fill a bowl with soup. Come to find out our other cup of soup was also half filled. We start eating ourorder and everything is ice cold. We only live 5 minutes away so everything they gave us came out cold. I get that it's close toclosing time but that doesn't mean you screw over the few customers you have especially when you're only serving three tables ona Monday evening. This particular Chili?s is my favorite location. The customer service here is impeccable. There is one particular server that... my daughter and I look for and I can?t remember her name now (shame on me!), she is just fantastic! She goes above and beyondthe call of duty to ensure a good experience for her customers. The food always turns out excellent, we?ve never had any issueshere. I recommend this location to everyone.
