First and last time I will go to this Chili?s. I have never had an issue ordering curbside. The curbside server brought my food... out and everything just looks skimpy and then, she comes out with this tiny drink that is suppose to be my margarita. First off,I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita and she came out with one on the rocks. I told her I ordered frozen. She goes back inand comes back out and just says he said we don?t have frozen anymore. Who is he? and why didn?t I get a discount for thatreason or at least notified. We got lucky and had a very friendly waiter. Be sure to get the app so you can have free chips & salsa?no reason not to, and the... chips are pretty good. 3 for $10 meal is never a miss, and always wayyy too much food for one person. Read more
I want to send out a shout out to the Chili?s on 410 I think it?s 4300 block right off of Summit Parkway. I had one of the best... experiences regardless of what?s going on all this shortage of employees. I want to let everyone know that Jake from State Farm,I mean Jake from Chili?s did a phenomenal job. Everything was on point from walking in the front door to be in seated for thedrinks the appetizers entrées were hot I had the fajita trio and the steak and the shrimp and chicken were cooked toperfection. We also ordered the I believe turkey club sandwich and we have the southwestern eggrolls which we just love. Keep upthe great work everybody from the management team that came by the table thank you for coming by it was a pleasure speaking toyou I can?t wait to go and try your gourmet burgers next time all right until then will see you soon happy eats . We ate like kings...2 beers, appetizers, dinner n dessert for 3 ran us almost $120...not including tip. Which by the way started... at 18%. They also had a 20 and 25% option but of the service wasn't up to par you can hit the custom button to leave the usual15%. But the bill still run up to $140+ for only 3 people because our ticket showed everything priced seperately rather than ascombos specials. So our bill went from 140 to $109. Not including tip. So always check your receipt... They did have a 2 combosfor 25$ that was fair which also cane with an appetizer and dessert. But again the ticket showed seperate items and notspecials. After price adjustment we were happy. Drinks are placed and brought via tablet so they came out right away. Averagewait time to sit is 30 mins average wait time for appetizers 15 mins and your meal comes in about 20 minutes after ordering.Better to order all at once along with your drinks and appetizers soon as possible to reduce wait times. This review is mainly for the curbside team and the manager that never came to the phone when I called to resolve the many... issues with my order. I ordered curbside and will never ever again. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with this locations togo orders.. dining in is fine.. but don't ever order delivery/ curbside. They forgot a drink and I had to go inside to get it.Defeats the purpose of curbside.. I ordered the HONEY CHIPOTLE chicken crispers. They gave me mango habenero instead it was toospicy for me to even eat them.. the picture I posted was how my order looked when I opened the box.. the fries has so much sauceon them and were soggy because of that. Its missing the corn on the cob its supposed to come with. The chips and salsa chipswere stale and extremely over salted they were absolutely not made that day.. and looked as if they were gathered from the leftover chips no one ate at the tables. I paid over $40 plus pre paid tip. I'm done with chilis all together especially cause noneof this was dealt with!!! Read more
I really enjoyed my lunch Here. This is 1 of the places where my Son takes me out to eat on our Mother n Son day. The good was... great our waitress was super never kept us waiting ???? The entire atmosphere of the place just screams EAT AT CHILLS off of 410n Evers. And the Mango Margarita ????????????????????.
