I ordered a salad with extra veggies and got 5 pieces of bell pepper and barely any spinach.

Didn't have enough food items ready for serving and when I asked if they can get more they said that it would take a while to... make or Didn't have the the food to make. When I asked for fresh salad they told me that that's all they had on hand. Didn'tbother to try looking but charged me full price for the little bit of "salad" that I did receive. I should've canceled my orderand went down the road to Freebirds but was on a time constraint. Now I know better to just go to Freebirds. Read more
This location needs a little work. Most of the tables were dirty on a slow Tuesday afternoon. The first girl behind the counter... was very friendly talking to her coworker who was leaving then gave me a very un-welcoming "what can I get you" and rushed meeven though there was only 1 person behind me. The next girl was nice but couldn't wrap a burrito so I couldn't finish my lunchdue to it falling apart. There was also a man trying to sell something out front which was just a little annoying having to tryto avoid him while I'm just getting a quick lunch. Read more
If I wanted a bowl I would have asked for a bowl. Couldn?t even take one bite of this ?burrito?. Service was terrible, trash... cans were filled to the top and not one clean table; had to clean one myself. Not worth the time and money. Read more
Fast to order and prepare food. Food was fresh, hot, and most importantly correct. Great job!
For someone who is allergic to Dairy and enjoys eating fresh, chipotle has always been the best place to go. Im not sure what I... would do without it. I always recommend to people get a "bowl to go" even if you're eating in the restaurant so you can shake itup. I swear it enhances the flavor. Read more
Service here is usually bad. This last time ON Friday 10/14/2022, was even WORSE. The first guy at the line (which refused to... give me his name and the ?manager? said that he didn?t have to (I told him I was going to make a complaint)), got annoyedbecause I wanted veggies on two salad bowls. He served a couple of veggies strings in one, and kept trying to pass the bowls tothe next employee so he could be done with me, but I asked if he could put some veggies in the second bowl too, and he raisedhis voice saying that they were out ( as if he was upset for me to even ask), when I know usually they have more and switch thecontainers, which I told him). Then, he barely put some steake on one of the bowls (the other bowl was sofritas), and when Iasked him to put a little more steak to make the portion appropriate, he said to do double portion, which I said I was goin todo, but that he needed to first put the correct amount of the first scoop. Portions at this location are always small, even onveggies, and they really want to push double protein charge. THEY NEED TO HAVE A MEASUREMENT SERVING CUP! Just serve what we arepaying for! This bad employee was rude and made a scene by raising his voice at me in front of all the other customers, when hecould have communicated differently AND THIS LOCATION SHOULD HAVE THE INGREDIENTS available. This location always seems to avoidserving correct portions of any ingredient. The female manager (got her name but as a courtesy not posting it), which also didnot act professional, was laughing at the situation. And when I was discussing with her, how unprofessional he was and why I wasupset, the guy started to yell again trying to get into our conversation. So THE MANAGER FINALLY TOLD HIM TO BE QUIET ANDFINALLY APOLOGIZED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR AND SHE FINALLY STOPPED LAUGHING.
