Pizza was amazing and my grandson had a great time for his birthday party
We took the kids here for a birthday recently and it certainly wasn't the experience I remember from my childhood. We weren't... aware before showing up that SA has different sized Chuck E. Cheese locations with differing amounts of games. This locationwas, unfortunately, one of the smaller locations in town so the game selection wasn't all that great. The stuffed crust pizzawas good, but overpriced for what it was. The entire location (including bathrooms) was impressively very clean. All the staffwere friendly. And the kids still had a blast. However, in the future, we'll likely call beforehand and be sure to pick one ofthe larger locations. Read more
I was very impressed by their entire staff and facility. From the moment we walked into the door, the staff was professional and... polite. When we were ordering, they offered additional items as needed. The staff was continually cleaning and helping guests.Manager kept walking around checking on things as well. When it was time to collect our prizes, my kiddos were acting crazy. Theyoung man was so patient even after l was rude (being short) to him (I was frustrated with my kids). Went for a birthday party and it was very fun for my 3 year old and us. Loved the unlimited play card and games are fun.
This Chuck E Cheese was clean and all of the games were in working order. The newer play card system allows you to pick minutes... or tokens for play and a station to pause your card 1 time if you choose the minutes option so that kids have time to eat. Very clean, not congested at all, friendly staff and restrooms were stocked and sanitary. I was afraid to come bring the kids... due to covid but I felt we were safe here. so glad we came. Chucky even made sure to pose for pics with us! Thanks! Read more
First time being at here, we were here for my nephew's first birthday party and everything was clean, and the girl that was... helping us was super nice and friendly and full of spirit ????
