Food is good but restaurant and the customer area the baseboards are nasty the soda area the drain is disgusting behind the... counter where the employees work it is very dirty very filthy I've noticed several areas of cross-contamination especially wherethey keep the already cooked ready to serve chicken strips that pan had a cross-contamination of cooking batter on it that meansto cook is using his dirty glove to pick it up I used to work for Church's Chicken years ago so I know what to expect and howthings are supposed to be done and right now at this store got an audit from the franchise they would fail this is my firstreview of this location so I will not be posting any pictures but the next time I go if things have not been corrected I willpost pictures because then that tells me that they don't care about being clean or fixing health code violations second visitedand still no changes have been made restaurant is still nasty and more cross contamination every where and the manager was nowhere to be seen Read more
Service was decent but lacking in product for consumption. Was really wanting a chicken sandwich but unfortunately they didn't... have any. They were also out of a lot of other items from their menu during my visit. Plus their prices were way too high. Willnot be going back to this establishment ever again and would not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
GROSS!!! We came here for the first time, August 10th and went thru the drive thru. We ordered the 24 piece chicken tender... family meal. They told us they only had 21 tenders remaining and gave us a small bag of fries to make up for it. The tenderswere DISGUSTING! Some of them were as thin as bacon. The flavor was gross on all of the tenders. Bad enough that I hope we don'tget food poisoning. The tenders we obviously scrap pieces that were purposely not picked the entire day. Dry, overcooked,reheated, recooked and under heat lamps all day, or longer and room temperature when we got them. The coleslaw and fries weregross and so was the lemonade. We will never come back here. They obviously don't care about food quality or the health of theircustomers. Read more

We picked up dinner at the Culebra and Galm location. We were charged 0.70 each for two of our sides because they were premium... sides. This was what we got. Burnt Mac n cheese that was halfway filled in the container. The other two are supposed to be largeportions. Very disappointed. I definitely do not recommend coming here. When I returned to get a refund, there was anotherperson returning theirs as well. Read more
The day before it was closed during normal business hours because no one arrived to work, according to the message on the drive... through intercom. Today no one should have showed up. The chicken was warm flavorless mush for half and the other half was colddry flavorless jerky. Definitely was not all cooked fresh. Drinks were incorrect and didn’t receive any utensils orstraws. The mashed potatoes were barely warm and I’m Pretty sure were spoiled and smelled rancid. Tasted terrible. When givenmy order through the window all the boxes were turned over to fit instead of putting into multiple bags. Thankfully the sideswere fried okra and jalapeño poppers because they went everywhere. The dogs won’t even eat this garbage. No one finished anyof their food Corporate needs to completely go through this disaster. Whichever the team that works evenings on 01/10/22definitely Needs less pay or removed. NASTY AFF!! Drive-tru was close so I walked in and waited for about 5 minutes in line. I noticed immediately the guy frying the... fries was not wearing gloves putting the fries in the basket and 2 seconds later scratching his long hair. Then I saw who knowshow many chicken pieces on the floor and the one making them not wearing gloves ether. Employees were dirty from head to toe!!Im not exaggerating!!! I just walked out!! Read more
