Rude as hell. I was shorted 6 pieces of chicken. Went back to tell them. One rolls her eyes and the manager making faces at me.... And then says do i have the bag. Gives me what I was missing. Could have replace that order. I did take in the 4 pieces theyonly gave me. But no! Trashy! They need to pay more attention to customers. Ain't nobody trying to steal their dried chicken. Read more
Girl at window is rude and tries to fight. Talk to manager, and she lies about her name. Macaroni was burnt, my jalapeño... bombers were hollowed were they were over cooked or sitting there for a long time. And always getting chicken that is dried outfrom sitting under the heat lamp. So I rather drive to valley hi to get my church's. When this one is just down the street. Management needs to step up. Read more
It's 930pm open sign lit, lights on, get to drive thru " we are closed" what? You close at 10pm. "We are not making anymore food... tonight." Turn your fn lights off then. We're going to Little Caesars for chicken wings. Read more
Dine in area was closed for lunch and they only had two people (manager and cook) that I could see working in there. They were... working hard but seem like they need more help. The chicken was good though. Read more
So, it's June 11th, 2022... And I have YET to ever eat anything from this establishment, despite my fondness for chicken and... living LITERALLLY next door. It's such a huge let down but as I say this ,Church's has always let me down. You pay $8 $9 for a chicken sandwhich they... advertise & it doesn't even look anything like what they advertise. I just want to thank them for taking my money and not evensaying sorry. See pics that I added, it should explain it all. Looks nothing like the advertise. I'd call and complain butit'd be useless they won't reimburse you or give you a new one. My dogs Barkin strips are bigger, and look better. Read more
Still ain't s*** and I wrote the original post a while back go today all the food taste old and they giving out tiny biscuits... smh.... Staff is horrible NO customer service skills. Food horrible went before the upgrade got pink meat not cooked all theway and again after the upgrade. No reason to call and get it fixed because they are so rude and ratchet why even risk themremaking anything. Don't waste your money or time. Read more
