The young lady at the window was very friendly and was gladly to take my order 30 min before closing and I work at a dominos... next door and I understand ordering late sucks but they told me to come back in 5 min and everything was fresh I will be comingback for now on :) Read more
Showed up and as i was getting out of my car an employee told me the lobby was closed. Fine. I went through the drive trough and... asked two different people for FRESH tenders, they said they would do it (made me wait 15 minutes for dried out heat lampstrips). I asked for mashed potatoes they said they were in they bag (they werent) I had to go knock on the door because theyhad told me the lobby was closed. When she came to the door she said "it's open." ok whatever. Got home and realized they forgotto give me my drink as well. Tried calling the store...NO ANSWER. Missing 12 cheese bombers, no phone number on the receipt. Had to drive 20 mins back due to traffic. Get to location and have... to wait to be acknowledged. No one identified themselves as a manager, apologized to me after I told the my story or any kindof explanation. I told the person that no phone number was on receipt and he acknowledged it but nothing else. Definitelymarking this location off my list. Read more
Terrible. The sides were served with a joke of an amount and one of the mashed potatoes didnt have gravy. The Mac and cheese was... the only one decently portioned and it was burnt. I ordered through drive through and the girl at the window was very nice butthe person running the food was super rude. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I had a question. We moved here a year ago. This place is very convenient for us to go get fried chicken. But it really has been hit and miss.... Last time was a miss. They seem to run out of the hot-n-spicy chicken alot. Always like a 12-15 min wait for it. And they stilldidn't get the order right. I had to return it last time and get my money back. Today I didn't have to wait for any chicken.Order was right. Customer service is good and they do try very hard. That's why I give them 3stars. Read more
